24 pups in one litter!
I just saw on the news, a neapolitan mastiff has given birth to 24 pups (yes you read that right! TWENTY-FOUR!!)!!! Sadly 4 of the pups have died, but the other 20 (OMG!!) are going strong at 7 weeks old. They looked great on the news footage, so did the mum and dad (and the human parents too ). It was lovely seeing this breed (my favourite) on tv again as well.

WOW!! Poor Momma sure sounds as tho she had a rough time! Poor baby! I hope she rebounds quickly and the 20 pups do great & get super homes!

I'm doubtful...no other news agency has even mentioned this...and this site has stories about other 'amazing' happenings...I wonder if its a tabloid.

WOW, thats alot of pups! The parents(humans) must have had to keep it so all pupp got the same amount of nutrtion. OR how many blah does the mother have? dont gos usually have 8-12????

It's real...we saw it on the news this morning(of course, just being on the news doesn't make it true...but this was ABC's morning show that reported it) with video of the puppies. I also saw this on another site yesterday.

Thats amazing, wow they sure do have their work cut out for them not to mention the advertising they now have for their litter...

Their was a Saint Bernard can't remember where it was but they showed her and her pups on the news quite awhile back, huge litter I think 23 pups in all.
