Skidboot
To give this a better intro... Do any of you know about Skidboot the cattle dog in Texas? He was on Animal Planet's Pet Star as well as Letterman and Leno.

Anyways, after watching something Cass posted yesterday, I ended up looking him up on YouTube, and I found this story, which was so cute.

After I watched the video, I went to his website, and I see that he passed away in March. I cried... I admit it! As they suggest I will be making a donation in his name to my humane society.

He passed away at 14, almost completely blind....

He was an Amazing dog, and had an amazing loving handler...

Skidboot was an amazing dog. I like what he did with the horse. He could sure do a lot.

I LOVED stalk the ball! Oh man, thank you for posting this and bringing back the memories - I had forgotten I'd seen this, and how amazed and delighted I was when it aired. He was an amazing dog and will be much-missed.

LOVE Skidboot. I've watched several of his appearances as well as the tribute. I cried my eyes out when he died a few months ago. His owner is amazing too- what a talented and natural dog trainer he is and sooo modest.
