Puppia Soft Harness??
Just curious if anyone has tried these? Kenzie's harness still puts a little more pressure on her throat then I like, and I would like to find an alternative. We have a few harness dresses, but want something more practical for outdoors. I saw these in a store, but wanted to get some reviews first.
Thanks, Pat ![]() |

I got one for River specifically for the Million Paws Walk we did here which means walking on lead with 100s of other dogs around and it certainly did it's job!! He does know not to pull but with all the distractions going on at an event like that I wanted something a little more comfortable for him if he did pull a bit. I absolutely love them and think it's particularly great for our situation - if he's on a flat collar he generally now knows that I expect heeling and his harness means he can go loose leash and sniff around a bit. Works brilliantly for us and just cos I can here's a pic:

Oooh! I was thinking of trying one of these harnesses on Lucy. We can't use the standard harness on her because of her luxating shoulders. Every harness we try on her puts too much pressure across her shoulders and they dislocate. Would you mind putting your fingers under the harness and give a little tug to see if any pressure pushes River's shoulders down from either the top or the back? I know each dog is built different and Lucy has a deep dachshund chest but I'm just curious where this harness distributes pressure. Thanks!!
