They're not Chows. Their muzzles are too snippy, chows have big wide muzzles. http://www.ai170841.freeler.nl/puppa...Seti-DLPDB.jpg
Might be Shiba, if they are Sayuri would know, but if I were to jump in and guess I'd say probably not.
Could be some sort of primitive dog, might even be a mix. It's really difficult to tell with that picture (and the fact that they're pups doesn't help). What site did you get he image from?
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. They're adorable puppies though, I'd love to know what they are too.

Cass.

Here are two pics of the mix, the first is an 8 week old litter and the second is at 12 weeks. The first pic is closer to what you have in your picture, the hair is more soft and fuzzy without that little bit of wave and its really just a flip of the virtual quarter on hair type amongst other things on exactly how they look. **shrugs**

They look like Golden Retriever babies to me. Well, the left one looks more like one to me. The right one does look more Shiba. When I worked for my vet, we had A LOT of Golden Retriever and Labrador breeders. The GC babies looked JUST like the one on the left.

If those are labradoodles then my collies are all alsations.
I would go with the shiba theory, or some sort of chow cross.
