Been too darn long

Hi guys! gosh it's been way to long since I last posted

But life has a way of taking over ( if you know what I mean ) Noticed some amazing changes to the site and I must compliment admin. for doing such awesome work.

Now for a bit of news from the deep freeze we know as Saskatchewan.... I am still working at the grooming shop and now begun to do clippings on most breeds. It was a bit "hairy" at first ( no pun intended hehehe) but I think I'm getting the idea. I guess I have one advantage is that I am not to bad where patience is concerned and for the fussy pups that proves to be a good thing.

Shadow is doing very well....he underwent a dentistry about 6 weeks ago. Decided it was better to do it while he is still a good age ( 9 in March ). All that needed doing was a good cleaning...all teeth were healthy. The vet did remove a large lump on his hind quarter and thankfully it was simply a fatty lump, so now he is like a new man.
I've also changed his food to this new brand called "Legacy" made by Horizon. This food is 100% grain free and is based on the raw diet but is in a convenient kibble form. Well to my surprise Shadow has improved a great deal...no more runny eyes, his snotty , crust nose is all well again. It truly is amazing.
As for myself, things are going well and very busy.
I haven't forgotten you guys, I do pop in occasionally but just catch up with the threads without signing in.

I'm glad things are going well for you - and that's great news about Shadow - I hope the new food continues to do good things for him!

Hey Shadowkins!

It's really nice to hear from you and to hear how everything's going. It is amazing what a change of food can do for your dog, and I'm glad that you've found one suitable for Shadow.

Hey, long time no see....
glad you posted again...
Was worried a bit. Sounds good with your grooming progress...i have to admit i am not sure if I would dare to do that....

i am so glad to hear that your boy is doing so much better. It is a relief when things just start paying off, isn't it, and an all happy boy is priceless.
I hope you enjoy the Christmas time...
