Petition, poor dog tortured... read
I came across this petition on another forum I am on and thought I should post it here to help out!

They need almost 1000 more signatures by the end of the 31st! That's not long. Please cross post etc. You will see why. Read

UPDATE: Only 3 days left to sign the Petition! Phone service provider sends a "busy" signal when owner seeks his dog's killers
