Male or Female?

Well, are you male or female?

I have no idea why, but most of the more active posters are female...any theories?

it would seem that by nature women like to talk more...especially when it comes to cute and/or fuzzy things, more then guys do at least...

while this may not be true for everyone, in general it seems to fit.

I am woman, hear me roar!

I"m not sure about why most of us are female. I belong to a few other forums as well, and most of the members are also female.
Both my boyfriend and I LOVE talking about our dogs. But he works with computers all day, so he doesn't want to be on them during his down time. But his work associates think he's a crazy dog parent by how much he discusses his 'babies' at work.

In a forum focused on cute fluffy animals, I'd assume that there are more females than males.

MICHAEL! On your poll, what would be classified as "other?"

I know a lot of men who are as besotted over their dogs as women, some even more so, but it's hard to tell sometimes because most men are still caught up in that mind-set that it's just not "manly" to talk about. And yes, we women are largely responsible for that kind of thinking.

And the fact does remain that as a whole, females are more verbally communicative than males.

lol@hydrok.

I actually like to listen to women speak, since they generally are more clear and get to the point, although I have seen a few notable exceptions (none here, tho. )
