Can Quincy live off of a $400/month lease budget?

When I lived alone in a full one bedroom apt. None of my utilities were included with rent, so I had to pay them. I didnt have TV.
After rent ($400)the most I ever spent including utilities, food, etc was $400, Summers where I didnt have to heat Id spend about $300. It was cool but hard at the same time as I was working part time in the winter, and full time in the summer, so when I payed less I earned more and vice versa...

But do remember QW my apt was in upstate NY in a College Town where they keep food costs and stuff down for a reason....the bay in Washington may be different.

Once we move into the house Im sure those numbers will change....mortgage, ALL utilities, food, etc...

Cant comment myself.....I spend 1400 on rent, utilities alone......400 is peanuts.....BUT.....u will make it work...u sound like an intelligent person.....Ahhhhhhhh to be young again with little worries......

i think if you're careful, you should be able to do it. try it for a month or two and if you're spending more than you can afford, get a part time job?

ha ha. my cable/internet costs me a freakin HUNDRED a month. grrrrrrrrrr
