Enjoying the heat

I have been enjoying the weather in New Hampshire. Went hiking through the swamp on the trails in my area yesterday. Nice weather for working on my garden. It has been in the high 70s lately. How has your weather been?

Well a couple weeks ago it was in the 100s (About 103)..and then it cooled down into the 70s for a week, and today its up in the 80s which isn't bad, but it was in the 70s a couple days ago, so it was sudden. Outside is nice and cool, but inside even with the windows open is kind of hot (Especially in the upstairs bedrooms)

Its about 80 here. Windy. Lots of thunderstorms at night. We're in a tornado watch, wind advisory, and flood watch right now.

We've had some thunderstorms blow through the past couple of days, and it has warmed up. Upper eighties, lower nineties, with high (around 80% yesterday) humidity. Ugh. I'm so glad our pool is ready now. The dogs have been making bi-daily trips down to our neighbor's pond for a quick dip!

Although today isn't too bad. We have a nice strong breeze that is helping to cool things off, even though the breeze itself is warm. Humidty is only 60%, so that isn't bad either.

Were only in the 69 to 71 range as usual. Rarely have hot weather here. We do have fog and wind mostly.

Yes the New Hampshire weather has been nice huh? Well today is supposed to be even hotter, 90's from what I hear, at least in my part of NH.

It's been really cool for this time of year.. Had some hot weather back in May for a week that melted alot of the snow pack, which caused the rivers to rise quickly. After that week the weather cooled and the rain came causing the rivers to rise even more.. so now we're watching them hoping they don't flood. The darn Clearwater and Snake River keeps going up and down, scaring people who live right on the banks. We live in the Mountains, up away from any river (our creek's source is from a run off or two and it's been normal) but I do feel for people who live closer. Today is cloudy and chilly, don't expect it to go above 60*F .. feel's like in the 40's now and the wind is not helping ! Hmm, where's summer ? lol

umm no I do not like this time of year at all. I cannot take Maggie on walks anymore or play outsided for fear of her having a heat stroke and right now our air conditioning is broken. It is 92 degrees right now with 47% humidity and miserable. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 95. I'm ready for fall. lol

It's been in around 65 - 75 degrees here lately, which is just beautiful for where I live at this time of the year. We had a really long winter, but it's finally starting to get nice outside. It's been so warm here that i've taken the dogs out to the lake several times in the past week to swim and run on the beach. They just love it!
