Just have to say...

My vet office and staff is completely awesome. I had to have my rattie Lois PTS the other day, but couldn't afford to have her cremated. I got a sympathy card in the mail today that was sweet. In the card the receptionist who is just a great person gave me a special poem and a hand written note. Then I get this phone call. I check the caller id and see that it is the vet clinic calling me. I picked up the phone and the lady who usually cremates my rats asks me if it's okay if she cremates Lois off to the side along with this dog she has to do. She said it will be free of charge and I can come get her tomorrow. How sweet is that? I mean Wow! I started crying of course, but I think they were tears of joy that my rattie wont just be thrown away. I just wanted to tell somebody about the fantastic vet staff I have. God Bless Them!

Caring, compassionate, considerate, sweet, amazing....any of those words would help describe what they did.

That's awesome! It's very hard to find such nice, caring people like that. It was a very nice thing for them to do.
