Thanks for thinking of me, Swift!

First day was okay...I only had three classes so my knee wasn't too bad. I came home, popped some advil, and just chilled the rest of the night. Chloe isn't liking me right now. LOL I'm more on the page of Blackie and Rose's activity level.

Today I went for my "check up". The cyst wasn't anything other than a cyst, so nothing to worry about there. I got some neat pictures of what the inside of my knee looks like and the ugly mound of tissue that was the cyst. The Dr. said that my knee is heeling up great although it is still a bit inflamed. I'm able to walk okay now and walk up and down steps...but bending my knee too far or trying to job...nope. I go back in three weeks for another follow up. Needless to say I'm a much happier camper than I was a couple of days ago.

I'm very glad that your feeling better, and that your first day of classes went well.

Best of luck!

That's excellent to hear! You must be completely relieved that it turned out to be a cyst and nothing more, and if you can notice the difference the operation makes at this stage, imagine how much better it will be when you've completely healed!

Oh, I know, my knee feels so much better. I can definitally tell that something was removed, that is for sure. If I could figure out how to work the scanner on our printer I could scan my lovely cyst photos for you all, but perhaps it is a good thing I don't know how to scan. LOL

I'm finally walking around without my wrap on too and my knee isn't hurting or protesting when I bend it. I actually took Chloe on a 1 1/2 mile walk today after I got back from classes and I didn't even flinch! Course, I took two advil a couple of hours ago, but...LOL
