Hmmm... beach names? As in actual names of beaches or "beachy", "surfy" kinda names?
Kahuna Sandy (not great...yeah, I know LOL) Coral Bondi (one of Australia's most famous beaches...pronounced 'Bond-eye') Malabar (Aussie beach headland) Bronte (Aussie beach) Wambiri (Aust. Aboriginal for sea coast) Karribi (Aust. Ab. for Headland) I found a site with Hawaiian names and their meaning as well. You might also like to look up an online translator (find them on google or a similar search engine) and find out what beach, sand, sea, coral etc mean in different languages. Hope that helped a little. Cass. |

My dog has a "beach name" it's Oceano which means "ocean" in portugese. Other portugese beach-related words are Praia (Pra-ya) which means beach, Pexie (pe-she) means fish, Onda (on-da) means wave, azul (a-zule) means blue, and so on
