Watch out, I'm cursed....
O M G. This is outrageous. The last 3 days have been "off-days", and yesterday was the most interesting of all.
I went to my friend's house on tuesday, which was pretty uneventful, but on Wednesday night, right after we ate dinner, I went back inside their little house, and grabbed the collar of Bear, their labrador, to keep him from running out into the street. Bear is untrained and strong, and he unknowingly pulled me partway out the door and twisted my knee into a position it was, um, not meant to go in. So, now I've got a sprain in my knee, and just as I was looking forward to being able to be active with Ripley again, I'm stuck sitting in a chair (By the computer) all day long. Happy Happy Joy Joy. ![]() |

LOL, I know it'll get better... I just wish it would hurry up, I'm a hazard to my own health!
Nope, not taking anything for inflammation, just keeping an ACE bandage and a cold pack on it for now. Ripley's going crazy, though, because he hasn't worked on agility in a couple weeks and just as soon as he is able to exert himself, I'm not. ![]() |

A couple Ibuprofen would really help bring down the swelling and pain.....don't do more than what's on the directions for dosage. Take with food.
Hope you feel better soon. A-w-w-w-w. Carrie |

Thanks Carrie. I might still see you on Monday, though (Should you decide to go)... I'm just heading out to Dad's shop to piece together a few agility jumps for Ripley. (Should be, um, interesting. I might be OK with computers, but I don't dare think, with this 'jinx' phase, that I should be using power tools, LOL.
