Potty Training and going to bed???

Hello everyone I am very new at this I just got a Min Pin and she is 8 weeks old and I needed some advice on how to get her started on potty training and how to get her to go to sleep and stay asleep without crying all night long!!!! I live in an apartment and you can hear through the walls and I really don't want to get in trouble with the landlord because my dog won't stop crying and go to sleep!!!! And by the way, I have 2 cats that can't ajust to her so I want to give them away but when I called the Animal control centers near me they have 70 something cats and aren't taking anymore, I have to get rid of them because my almost 1 year old daughter has allergies to cats and the fact that they are starting to really scare my Min Pin, the one cat is part Bobcat and part regular cat, the other is just a silly little kitten, so if anyone has any idea what so ever PLEASE e-mail me and let me know what I should do!!!! I don't want to just dump them off, cause they are like my kids!!!
