My vet said she will actually pay attention to any "lost pet" signs that are dropped off, and will scan a dog without making a big deal out of it if it resembles a missing animal!

I hope more vets do that kind of thing.

I'm not sure where, but there are double-sided stainless steel tags *somewhere* I have one that Duke's old owners had for him. It is a very sturdy tag, but I have yet to find any place that sells them.

I like the **Reward** idea. If the dog were to get lost, someone were to find him and toy with the idea of keeping him, that ever-powerful thought of money may be what gets him back to you.

I don't know, I've always put the dog's name on the tag, but what Novel says makes a heck of a lot of sense.

There are too many decisions in life.
