Buffolo meat

Ok, this could probably go under the dog health concerns, but I wasn't sure....

We (my brother and I) went to our church this morning to help cook and prepare buffolo meat for the Feast of the Hunter's Moon. Well, we came out with about a gallon or so (probably about six pounds) of Buffolo meat scraps and fat that we couldn't use, to give to the dogs.
This won't make them sick will it? I'm assuming it is like Beef and only if you give them a lot will it make them queasy.

But another thing I wanted to ask was this: Does anybody have an idea of different ways to feed this to the dogs? We have a whole bunch, so I was thinking stuffing it in their bones, using it as training treats, and stuff like that. But is there any other creative way or tasty way to give these to the dogs?
(Another thing I was thinking was dip some in melted peanut butter, and then wrapping them up and freezing them for little frozen treats. But I don't know how well that would work. lol)

sounds like the perfect little training treats to me. I agree tho, giving them too much wouldn't be a good thing.

Are you talking raw meat? Maybe you could just make up a ton of meatballs and freeze them for treats. I wouldn't give the dogs much of this rich meat at one time though.

No, it isn't raw. It is cooked.
And don't worry, they won't be getting a lot at a time.
