I may be able to help you resize it, but I'm not too keen on the pixels without it cropping off half of my picture. fireworksinjuly can resize it pixel wise if you need to. If it's just a matter of the size of the photo, I can help you with that.

As Icey said are you trying to "crop" or "shrink" the pic? Do you want to cut certain parts of the picture out of the fram or keep the entire thing just make it all smaller at the same time?

Thanks, I finally figured it out. I was using a photo share program and when I uploaded the photo it would automatically enlarge it, changing the pixels from 200 something to 400 something, which made it look like crap.
Figured out a way to do it using a hidden page on a website.
