I'm a firm believer in "It's the owners, not the dogs"... Min Pins are dogs that really do well with structure and rules in the house, and a lot of them don't have that because they're small. (GRRR don't get me started on untrained small dogs)

Min Pins are fun little guys, but they're also dominant little guys, and they get bored & dominant-aggressive very easily.. Definitely not bad dogs, just bad training.

yea the pics arnt that great. Its a rare chance that those two play at all so I had to jump and its just a digital cam/ cam corder thingy...in outside light it takes great pics but inside not so much...

Shredder is a large Min Pin...shes over 30 pounds...she has a large build to begin with then also has a thyroid disease that has her slightly over weight. (yes Shred is a female even though shes named after a male rat)

Even the best trained Min Pins can have their lapses of dominance and bossyness...though they are few and far between the more trained they are. Our girls are trained, to a point, I wish I had had the chance to train them, then we wouldnt have as many boughts as we do...they are very protective of their house, they bark a LOT but have never bitten once...

Ohhh, that's why I thought she was a German Pinscher at first.. I thought she looked a little big compared to Kino.

We call those medium Pinschers at this house...We were watching a dog show and Kino's Daddy's mother comes it goes "wow thats either a really small doberman or a really big Min Pin"....we told her it was a German...she goes "um ok...how bout Medium?"

Actually Shred is a very large Min Pin. And its cute cuz her daughtor is suposed to be small for a Min Pin (hence the name Runt) but she too is over weight so shes the right weight for a Min Pin but over weight for her size.

Haha, better than what my friends call GP's and Min Pins.. "Little Dobermans". I mean, once in a while is OK, but they don't recognize them as a different breed at all, they're both just 'little dobermans' !
