Introducing....Phantom!!

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Camelot's Midnite Masquerade (aka Phantom) into the Winjammin clan. He is our second Cardigan Welsh Corgi and he'll be joining Ruby in the show ring starting Jan 2006. We hope he'll turn into the gorgeous black and white, with brindle pointed dog that he is appearing to be. If his career is half as successful as his sire and grandsire, then we'll be EXTREMELY pleased.

Thanks, everyone.

Don't worry, I'm sure we can take a few pictures as he grows up and starts his show career. haha!! We are definitely excited at his potential, and he has such a sweet and outgoing personality, so he's fitting in with the rest of the gang easily. He's already starting to chomp at the noses of those over zealous older siblings. LOL

Thanks RedHotDobe and Sayuri - he is DEFINITELY a character!! I think he's going to be smarter than our other 2 Corgis, and I thought that was impossible! He figured out the doggie door his 2nd day at home, and was up the stairs on the 3rd day (we don't let him go down the stairs, since I don't want to take the chance of hurting his chest and legs). He's definitely learning how to push all the buttons of his older siblings. He thinks it's a fun game to crawl all over Avalanche (the Samoyed) when he's laying down, and to steal an ice cube out of Avalanche's mouth when he's eating it. I'm not sure if he's just brave, or stupid for doing that!! LOL He's just like the other 3....loves ice cubes as a treat (they go through about 3 or 4 glasses of ice cubes a night...wonderful for keeping their teeth clean, and for teething!).

I'll try to get some new pictures of him this weekend....we're heading to a show in MN and staying with a friend of ours on her new farm, so he'll get to stay at the farm all day and play with her kids. He'll love that!!
