In my profile I clicked on Donate and it said I had 164.00 points.If I could spend some my name could be a different color and etc.But it doesnt say how much it cost or what I can chose so how do I know?

You have to go into another member's profile and donate points to them. Then another page will come up and give you the option of changing the colour/style of your name.
How much you donate to them is up to you.
