2 Dogs

Should I get another dog? I've been thinking of getting another Eskie(or Siberian Husky) to show, since my first Eskie has been neutered. He gets along well with other dogs. Which one should I choose? Is it a good idea to get another dog?

Do you have 1 or 2 dogs right now? I have 2 dogs and I love it! It is a lot harder though to take care of them both....I'd say if you have the time and energy for another dog...go ahead!

If you have the time, energy, finances, initiative, and patience for a second dog (especially if it's a sibe!) then yes, by all means! Many dogs love having a mate to beat up while their owners are away. But if you seem to be just simply comfortable with the dog you have now then I'd say no.

I got three terrors and love every tourturous minute of them....j/k I love my kids. I agree with only if you have the time and money...

Yukon. And i'm glad that they accept Huskies in shows, because i just LOVE them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(By the way, how did you get your signature pic? It's gorgeous! mine is so plain!)

We have always had two dogs, now we have three, more love, more fun, alot of work

However, I would not change a thing. As stated above, if you have the time, money, why not. We made sure that we could and would do those things and even though it is crazy around here sometimes I wouldn't change a thing. Two is a very good idea because they have each other to play with and keep each other company. Not that we don't give them every minute we have because we do, but, we work full time. Good luck, let us know. As far as the breed, you can't go by me, I'm Boxer crazy....................

I have 3 babies but I only take care of my 2 the Cocker is my grandmothers dig and the kittie..I love every minute of it..and Its great having all of them.

Sibes are great dogs but deffinately not the faint of heart! Do your research before getting one for sure!

My siggie was made by a friend of mine with a picture of my dog in it
