Another irresponsible owner posts on Ebay - Page 2

I don't know...I think it is just as wrong to sell semen on e-baby as it was when that woman was trying to sell breastmilk. Some things just should not show up on e-bay. If he were a good breeder, his name would be out there by word of mouth and he wouldn't have to put an ad on ebay. JMO

He obviously has had some problems because I found a notice about him recieving harrassing emails. He does have a website but it says it is under construction so I was unable to look at it. I will try to see it later and then I will be able to make a better decision. However I agree: ebay is not the place for this type of ad.

Oh my gosh.
That is far from exercising responsible breeding practices. He is willing to let this semen go to any Bitch with a pedigree.
Like Fireworks said a dog can have a nice pedigree and not be a conformationally correct dog, healthy, well tempered dog.
He mentions nothing about healths clearances for either his dog or the bitch. There is nothing responsible about selling your dogs sperm on ebay.
Any responsible breeder would not only know the bitch well they would know the pedigree, the temperament, the health clearances and the breeder and the owner of the bitch as well.
There are so many things that are irresponsible about this that what I have mentioned only BARELY touches the surface.

*sigh* I'm still having trouble sending in my complaint. I even registered *yay, I'm now a ready Ebay shopper* I went to an area where you can contact them but they have a list of criteria to choose from.

How do you know you are actually getting this dogs semen, and not some from another dog? Ads like this really bother me, again, not very ethical. There is so much I could say on this....who is honest and who isn't????

However, I read the rules and regulations, and it doesn;t seem to cover the sale of frozen sperm.
