Another irresponsible owner posts on Ebay

While surfing through Ebay I found another moron attempting to sell something he or she shouldn't, this time its the selling of their male Bulldog's semen for breeding purposes and I can't even begin to go into how ticked off I am!

As I've done in the past I have reported it to Ebay but it always helps to get the listing removed fast if they start getting multiple complaints so, for those of you that have a few moments would you please be kind enough to report item # 7719642095 please! Thanks

Is his dog a champion purebred? I need more information before I complain. Is he just selling it to make money or is it a good high quality stud dog?

If he has a high quality, champion stud dog I would think he would be picky about where his seman "landed." Certainly not to the highest bidder. What's to stop the highest bidder from implanting this bulldog seman into a poodle?

I agree but I also see many people who sell frozen seman and it makes me wonder if he is like that. Who is to say where the seman sold from anyone goes? I just do not want to complain until I know all the information. I sure would be cautious though dealing on ebay that is kinda strange. Who deals on ebay with stuff like this? I hate it when I see live animals for sale there too. It just seems wrong but I am a person who tends to give the benifit of the doubt.

I have done a search but cannot find the ad maybe it has been removed. I cannot comment on what I cannot see. I do not disagree with anyone here, I just cannot jump on the band wagon without seeing it with my own eyes first.

Whether he is or isn't a champion shouldn't make any difference when it comes to ethical bredding practices. Yes there are many who use frozen semen but, those who are responsible / ethical and actually care about the betterment of the breed wouldn't dream of offering it to the highest bidder.

Its people like this that are part of the problem not the solution.

The auction has not been removed - its still there.

Notice he isn't even a champion....his sire is. He does ask to see the females ped. first but no mention of health clearances.

He is adorable though!

Seems responsible to me and the dog is a champion and has champion lines. It is at least giving me the impression of this. From what I see I have no reason to complain about this ad. I would think he would be better to advertise in a more appropriate way but that is all I can complain about.

What about them? It says nothing so I have no clue if they are done or not. I think if someone is serious about wanting to breed with him they should be responsible enough to ask that. I know I would be asking! I wonder if this person has a website or something so I could find out more information. I will look and see if I can find something.

exactly, My Kino could have had his pedigree, however he is certainly not breeding worthy. Unfortunatly not everyone thinks like me. Most of the time if they can be registered they are, no matter what. So They can produce a pedigree, that certainly does not mean shes of breeding quality, or even healthy!
