Well Sheba, I'm sorry you feel that way and wish you the best. I believe our members have all been more than friendly towards you. Everyone has their own thoughts on what a forum should be and should find one that suits their own style, I'm sorry you haven't found that here at Global Paw but I'm sure there is one out there that will.

It is not that I dont like the forum or the members, it is just that if I post, I'm always almost always the last one. Nobody ever asks me if I'm okay if I'm sad, like now, or they dont reply to almost noneof the threads I make, like the one abut me just getting to Florida.How many people have looked at it? About 28? Not one has replied last time I checked. Nobody really cares about me. If a fourm turnes its back on me, I turn my back on it.

I just looked at your last thread, it never made it to the "new posts" which is something that I just posted today on, about how with the new server going in that sometimes that will happen. I know it never popped up under my new posts. We have well over 500 guests per day that view this site as well as it's posts, more than likely the majority of those 28 views were just that....guests.

Turned their back on you? Ok, I'm not going to even debate this with you. I think it's been obvious by the posts you had gotten when your signature needed to be fixed that folks were trying to help and cared. I am glad you made it to Florida whether you believe that or not. Best wishes Sheba.

Some posts just get more attention then others. I've had some with lots of responses and some with just two responses.

If you look in the training thread, I posted on a class I joined last week. That post has two responses.

Sorry you feel left out, but I post on threads that either interest me, or threads where I feel I can help the poster solve a problem. But I don't normally post on threads "just to post"

The reason no one cares is because this is a FORUM not a family. No one here knows you. They don't 'not care' because they dislike you, nor do they 'not care' because they wish you gone. They don't care, because they have no idea who you are and, as Carrie has pointed out, this forum is about dogs. People come here to talk about dogs. If they don't reply to a 'non dog' thread, who can blame them?
It's no big deal. I've started threads that didn't get many responses....*shrugs* So what? It's no big deal, my life isn't gonna end 'cause some annonymous person doesn't post a message.

I have to agree with the sentiment that no one here knows you. It's okay! You know what? No one here really knows me either! Sure I wish I was a little more integrated with the people who are regulars here, and not be so confused when I read some threads that are obvious inside jokes.

That'll take time, can't expect everyone to bend over backwards just to accomodate every new person who comes.

That being said:

You seem to have some problems with not being accepted. I saw your post in the sig thread, you threatened to leave then when the staff removed your sig. All you had to do was get it resized. That's all! Why take something that is so small and insignifigant and turn it into something huge?

I looked back, because i wanted to make sure it was the same person on the sig thread threatening to leave, and it was. You strike me as someone who's out for attention. Majority of your posts talk about how either everyone hates you or no one cares. If you want to go, that's fine. No one wants you to leave, but no one is going to make the big, dramatic "NOOOO PLEASE STAAAAAY!!!" that you're obviously craving.

Make the choice as to what you're going to do, and do it.

I can assure you though, big dramtic threads like this tend to brew people's irritations, rather than their sympathy.

Just a forethought.
