Dog Breed Site

I remember looking at a site once where you took a quiz to see what breeds are right for you and your family. My sister and her family are thinking about getting a dog and I can't find that site to help them. Does anyone know a site like that?

They were originally thinking about a dobe, but they aren't as active as I am and fear that it may be too much dog for them

The one that I really really really like is http://www.k9country.com/perl/dogBreed.pl I've found this one to be much more accurate than the others.

Ritz459 I really liked the one you posted. I like to take the tests to see which ones pop up.

Ooo..I like that match test Ritz! I was surprised by some of the dogs I was suited too. Surprised but very pleased.

Ritz--I loved that breed selector. I found it to be quite accurate, and loved that it gave dogs from each group. I actually got a 100% match with the Vizlsa--the breed I hope to be getting soon!

Another place to look at is www.breederweb.com You pick the breed and it gives you a chart (bar graph) showing levels of trainability, socialization, tolerates hot or cold weather, etc. All of the above sites are excellent as well!
