GlobalPaw.com is pleased to offer a quality area for our members to buy and sell products online. However, there are many rules we need to enact in order to keep our auction area civil. Please review all the rules listed below.

1) Although this is an auction on a dog website, no live dogs or other animals may be sold.

2) By placing a bid on a product, a buyer is conforming to a legal contract to purchase the product if they win the auction. Should you place a bid and not pay the amount agreed to, the seller may request that your account on GlobalPaw be disabled.

3) By selling a product, you are agreeing to sell a product for a price specified at auction. You are at liberty to set price minimums at auction. Should you collect funds for a product and never ship the product, your account on GlobalPaw will be disabled, and legal actions will be taken against you.
