German shepherd dog sizes needed

Hi,

I would be very grateful if any owners of German shepherd dogs on Global Paw can tell me the shoulder heights and weights of their dogs (in cm and kg if possible). I am very interested in the size ranges of dogs and rarely see male/female ranges mentioned in the literature so would love some info from Global Paw owners of this breed!

Note: shoulder height is measured from the base of the foot to the shoulders (withers) when the dog is standing on all fours.

Well I'll have to get the measured again, I can't remember. Weights are easy though.

8 year old female. 28.5 kg

16 month old female 24.0 kg

Thanks so much for your very interesting information and I love your avatar! Is the dog on it one of your own pets? Are the sizes you give for 8 year old female and 16 month old female the sizes of your own pets, and can you tell me the names of these dogs?

Ok,

Zen, in my avatar, is 8. She's 59.7 cm and 28.5kg.

Zoe, also mine is 16 months and 57.2cm and 24 kg.

Both dogs are mine and all pictures are of my dogs as well.
