Toys for my beagle pup

I have a 3 1/2 mo. beagle pup - we were feeding her rawhides, until I read reasons not to. Now, I need some suggestions about what types of treats to give her! Greenies say the dog needs to be over 6 mos. old, does anyone know why? Thanks.

I found some other threads we've had here in the past that I thought you might like to look through.
http://www.globalpaw.com/thread5983.html - Greenie bones (this is also a warning abou them and probably explains why dogs have to be over 6mths)
http://www.globalpaw.com/thread7148.html - treats for pups
http://www.globalpaw.com/thread6786.html - more treats for pups

Some people more experienced in puppies will be along soon to give more advice. Hope those links help you in the mean time.

Oh and WELCOME to Global Paw!

Cass.

Thanks for those links. I have purchased some textured Booda Bones, which work fairly well, but still don't hold her attention like the rawhides!
