Hi Everyone,

I live in Sydney, Australia. My daughter and I breed and show Norwegian Elkhounds and show an Afghan.

I have been a registered breeder for over 25 years but only changed to Elkhounds just over 2 years ago.

I know Elkhounds are reasonably common in the US but are still considered rare in Australia.

I belong to a few dog forums. I recently had a bad experience with one of them but a kind member suggested that I give this one a try.

Photos of some of my babies
I only have photos of 3 of my Elkhounds that I can access at the moment and they aren't standing properly but here they are.

This is Kasper and he is 2 years old.


This is Tyra and she is 19 months old. We will be mating Kasper and Tyra in April.


and this is Kari who has just turned 8 months.

HI and welcome to GP! Your Norweigan Elkhounds are gorgeous. I have two of them in my neighborhood. I myself own an Australian Cattle dog which are not as popular here as they are in your area. GP is a wonderful place, hope you enjoy!
