I'm the canine trainer for the State Police. We have somewhere around 45 dogs working. I've been involved in dog training for almost 40 years, so that makes me, welllll, old. I live in middle Tennessee with my 13 year old Lab that is absolutely useless, to anyone but me of course. I'm a closet animal behaviorist that refers to himself as just a dirtball dog trainer. I have a job I totally enjoy and have fun doing even after all these years. I look forward to some good discussions.

Hi Welcome

Your job must be great. Someone told me once that in order to have a job you will enjoy all your life, you need to take a passion, and turn in into a career. Sounds like thats what you did.
