Introducing Chase, my Weimaraner!
Hi! I found this website on google. I thought I would join and check this place out. This place is pretty cool! Here are a couple pictures of my cute 10-year old Weimaraner... in one of them, he's wearing his Halloween jailbird costume!

destructive dobe, my dad picked up that costume at a pet store a few years ago

Welcome! Glad you joined. You dog is very cute....love the costume.

Does your dog hate having his nails cut? I bet a vet could get those down a little bit for you. Don't mean any offense. It's just one of those things I noticed.

Anyhow...do you have more pictures? It's fun to see pictures and can't wait to hear some stories about him. He is a cutie.

carrie, he doesn't mind getting his nails trimmed. we lost the trimmer though, we finally bought a new one yesterday. now your skin doesn't get ripped open if he jumps on you. lol

i LOVE weimernheimer (spelling... sorry if its wrong) i just love the feel of their coats, so velvety soft. he is a gorgeous dog and the expression on his face in the costume is just adorable

Oh, that's great! Glad she's fine with that.

My son's dog hated having her nails clipped and would become so frightened that she got vicious. While I was visiting him, every day for about 3 or 4 days I little by little got her to be OK with it. I'd tap tap tap on them with the clippers and give her a bite of ice cream. (had a bowl sitting there) Then I took just a smiggen off and only one nail.... and again ice cream and the most squeely voice you ever heard, "yeah, good girl. good girl" Then we tried one more nail and called it quits for that day. I'm sure all the neighbors wondered what the heck was going on next door. We were having a party. Then the 3rd day I managed to get more off and get a few paws, then all her paws. Now she is OK about it.

My son didn't listen to his mom when I told him that anything he might ever want his dog to do he better do it while she's a puppy.

Anyhow, your dog is adorable!
