That is a cute story!!!! It does sound like they would really like a dog!!!
Maybe you can print some pictures of some off the sites and then let him and your Mom-in-law look at them and choose a few to call on. It does sound like a small dog would fit him perfect! Looking forward to hearing more about your dog and hopefully soon their dog.  |

i miss being in maryland!
i'm new myself. we are transplants to AL from MD, several years ago.
we were just at an outdoor mall and they had a farmers market there and the pound was there with some puppies. they had a sweet, sweet, sweet little black lab puppy. i fell in love. they had chow mix puppy too. he was cute and adorable too but i don't think we can handle 3 dogs in the house. anyway, so now i'm checking out what to feed the dog. and have run across this site. so? what to feed the dog??? i had thought that iams and science diet were "high quality" and that purina was a good middle of the road and certainly not "junk food".. but now i don't know. i read science diet isn't great, purina beneful is junk, but nothing is mentioned about the regular purina. i feed the dog purina dog chow and the cat gets cat chow. they've both been very healthy so am i just lucky or is purina chow's food OK after all? we didn't get the puppy yet. htey were gone and all packed up when we got back there after a few more errands. my baby is 8 months old and he's the last. so dh said i could get a puppy if i do some research first and figure out what on earth to do with a puppy. i know what to do w/ a human baby! now i have to learn what to do w/ a 4 legged baby. how to house train a puppy and what to feed them so they stay good and healthy.. |
