Hi, I have an eleven month old Yorkie and an eleven and a half year old Lhasa Apso. My Little Ladies and I are truckers. We travel the United States and Canada.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I usually run from Edmonton. AB to Bakersfield, CA and back, but from time to time I get a little variation and run down to Laredo, TX and then to Toronto, On or Montreal, PQ. In the winter time my Ladies get a lot of drastic climate change very quickly so even though they are both long haired they do enjoy their winter coats and boots when we are in the great white north. I have just recently purchased a small digital camera with a usb cord so I can download photos of the girls. Am looking forward to learning from and sharing with you all.

Welcome to GP! My dad is a trucker (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana) .. So are my two uncles and my brother in law (they do the lower 48)

I've been asked on several occasions if I would like to go along with them (My uncles and BIL) .. My dad's boss won't let me ride in the truck due to insurance reasons, even though I've offered on several occasions to pay for the extra insurance. :P My two uncles go from Portland, Oregon, to Boston, Mass, every two weeks.. One of them even takes his dog with him and has her name printed on the passenger side door of the truck and his on the driver side. He's had to have taken that dog at least a million miles. He said Mazie can go, too. I'd want to bring a laptop along, though, so I don't go through withdrawls.. LOL

Anyway, enough of my rambling... Welcome to GP!

Our former group adopted a greyhound to a trucker once...last I heard, both were loving traveling together.
