Hi everyone, I am a newbie to this post. I came here due to my internet search on yorkiedoodles. I understand both sides of the breeding coin. On one end, of course we want all breeds to remain in existance, however, mixing pure breeds can be a benefit. I disagree with all the people making thousands of dollars on the teacup variety of dogs, and "the mass production" of these little dogs. But I believe that the mix of some breeds has a huge benefit.

You will no doubt find that some members are against cross breeding to make designer dogs.

But I suppose somewhere along the lines crosses had to happen to make the breed we have

I am new here as well, just joined yesterday. I also have a doodle, however, mine is a golden doodle. Both we both add some new opinions on mixed breeds and become involved in all the forums.

Welcome to GP. About the crossbreeds, hier in Belgium ist not limited breeding with 2 different breeds. Only pure breed from the same breed.The most dogs in the rescue are crosbreeds and dogs from puppymills.
