Newbie
As you may have suspected, I'm new here. Hi. I have a 3 year old Cavalier King Charles named Franklin, who we're hoping to get into therapy work. (and two cats, who Franklin loves)
I love talking about dogs, and I'm sure most people in real life are quite tired of me doing it, so I'm happy to have found this board. |

Welcome, welcome! Franklin is gorgeous.
And it just so happens that that's possibly my favourite name for a dog. LOL I always wanted to name a dog Franklin. Good luck with the therapy work, I hope you're able to do that. Keep us posted, yeah? Cass. |

Welcome to you and Franklin. What are all the qualifications for getting a dog into therapy work? I've been really interested in doing this too. Who do you contact for this?

Franklin isn't too great on leash, and tends to get distracted, (I think the two things are related...he tends to forget heel) but I think with some more training, he'd be perfect for it. He loves people. |
