I've never seen this website before, and it looks like it's quite active and informative! We live in Michigan with our two cocker kids, Barney (11ish) and Mynka (12ish). They are my only "children" and are definitely members of the family. They have various age-related and other health problems, most significantly arthritis and congestive heart failure, but are still enjoying life and love to be with people. Both were rescues, and were adopted as adult/senior dogs.

Looking forward to being part of the forums and the site!

Thanks so much for the kind welcome, everyone! I figured out how to add a photo of Barney and Mynka as an avatar. Barney is on the left, Mynka on the right, and the photo was taken Christmas before last.

I'm looking forward to checking all the discussion boards out!
