Not New*But have been gone awhile

I am not knew but I have been gone awhile because I was going through some things. I had to move and unfortunatly could not take my cats with me. I had to give one to the shelter and he has a new home now! He got adopted a couple days after I took him there. The other cat I left with my ex-landlord. He loves cats and she is mostly wild herself so she will be ok in the country. I was able to keep my dog though. Anyway thats what I have been going through. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July.

WIth the move I haven't had time to take new pictures. She's the same as always. Spoiled rotten to the core.

I was afraid for my cat that I had to take to the shelter. He was my 5 yr old long haired cat. I panicked when I saw that he wasn't on Petfinder. I went there to sponsor his adoption. When I contacted the shelter they said he was adopted right after I brought him in. Thank goodness he has a new home! I hope they love him as much as I do. I still feel guilty for having to do that. I told myself a long time ago that I would never do that. However under the cirumstances I had no other choice. Even though he got a home, the local shelter is still full of animals. So I sponsored one of their dogs today. They told me that the dog I sponsored is "On his last leg." Meaning if he doesn't go soon he will have to be euthanized because they are full. I plan on sponsoring more local shelter animals when I can.

Welcome back! I'm sorry to hear that you had to give up your cats. That must've been extremely hard. Thank goodness they found good homes, though.
