Hello All!

I love all animals, except for maybe possums. There's something not right about them.

Proud mom of two kids:

Oscar
15lb black longhaired cat. 19in long (nose to base of tail, add another foot for tail), 14in tall (shoulder to floor). 10yrs old this October. Found behind a dumpster in an abandoned litter of kittens after feral adult cats were hauled away. Poor thing was only a couple of weeks old and being sucked dry by fleas.
Oscar loves sleeping, playing with toy mice, sneaking up on Baxter, and sleeping.

Baxter
60lb. ACD/Basset Hound Mix. 24in long (nose to base of tail), 16in tall (shoulder to floor). 3yrs old this September. Adopted from the local shelter where he had stayed for 6 months after being picked up wandering the streets.
Baxter loves anything he can chew, his stuffed squeeky toy (the only toy he hasn't destroyed!), trying to get the cat to chase him, going for walks, and more recently, waiting for the neighbor's cat to come to the fence (see my first post).
I've finally had a chance to upload pictures of him!

Welcome to GP!!! Be sure to post pictures of your kids, they sound slike total sweethearts.
