Wow! What a great Chat board. I was on my own chat board, but since my site is little known there is nobody online, so I decided to join GlobalPaw to chat with fellow dog lovers! I hope to get to know a lot of you.

I have three dogs; an 8 yr. old Eskie/Irish Wolfhound mix, a 1 yr. old Border Collie/Aussie mix and a 8 month old Great Pyrenees. Dog lover to the end here. =)

I want pics of your Great Pyrenees....well all of them but especially the Great Pyrenees, I fosterd one once and wished I could keep her...interesting story but for another time....

Kathy,

I'm so sorry for your pain. I know what it's like, believe me. You'll get through it with time. Come to the other forum, put up a post and talk about whatever you feel like. Most of us have been in your shoes and will be again. A lot of people go through it once and never get another dog again. In my case, I just can't live without a dog so decided a long time ago that no matter how painful it is when their short lives are over and how much we miss them, it's my choice to repeat this over and over because of the vast joy that these marvelous creatures bring to our lives while we do have them. It is a normal thing to grieve and it just plain takes time to feel better.
