Guess what Duke was mixed with.

This is Duke,

Can you guess what he was mixed with? Both of his parents were full breed dogs. He was completely black with one white spot on his chest. He was a handsome gentleman.

Looks like he has a little Aussie in him, or even Border Collie.

Hard to tell from the picture.

Hmm.. I'd guess Labrador and German Shepherd.

Sorry you lost Duke.

It's very difficult to make a guess from that picture, but I agree that he looks like he has BC in him. I was also thinking lab or GSD (in addition to BC I mean

).

So sorry for your loss. I agree with the others. I definetly see Lab, but do see a bit of BC or maybe some GSD.

Thank you all for your thoughts of sympathy. I think it was IceyBlue that got the closest. His dad was a chocolate lab and his mommy was a huge collie. He had the long collie hair, and a gentle temperment. He was a beautiful man who has left his mark on my heart and his hair embedded in my house! He will be forever missed.
