What breed is this Bulldog's mixes dad?

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what type of dog my puppies dad is?!? His mom is a full bred english bulldog, but we don't know who is dad is. The mom's owners said there aren't any big dogs in their neighborhood so they know that and they though maybe a terrier?!? but i don't see that because he is 14.1lbs right now at 10 weeks! I'm thinking it might be a lab or something because he loves playing is water and is pretty active. But ALL puppies are active! So i don't know! Maybe someone who knows a lot about bulldogs could give me some insight. He has lots of extra skin and a few wrinkles, a natural small tail, and a stocky body like bulldogs. Thanks a lot!

yea, if u woulndt of said ther was something other than bulldog, then i would of had no clue.... rele he looks like a bullpup to me.... Crossfire willl prolly be able to tell you more....

I'm new to this website! I put a couple different up there that a little bit bigger. The website keeps saying they are too big to attach, so i made them smaller. Hopefully the new pics help!

Hi there,

Your little Bentlee sure is a cutie!

Its really hard to tell with the smaller pics but at first glance he does appear to have maybe some terrier. 14 pounds at his age is pretty typical for the bully side of things and he could have very easily gotten that from his mother's side, as to what type of terrier his facial features remind me of a Parson but who knows.

Whatever the combo...he really is a doll.

He is adorable.

You'll probably have to wait until he's a year old before you could get some real clues as to what he might be. JMO Even then it'll just be guesses.. the sire could be a crossbreed himself.

It is very possible that a terrier got friendly with Bentlee's momma. He almost looks like an AB puppy...

(APBT's have been infused in many lines of American Bulldogs) You can just call him a bulldog mix, but it looks like he'll probably grow up to look like an AB!

Hard to tell at such a young age. The following are my best guesses.

1. Rat Terrier

2. Fox Terrier

3. Parson (Jack) Russell Terrier
