This has got to be part Jack Russell

After reading the descriptions and comments from the JRT folks my little gal certainly has the personality. She's younger than I thought. We think she was "dropped off" abandoned after she didn't stay toy sized.

Anyway some pics here.

The vet thought 4 months - she's 6 pounds. And oh yeah, nobody claimed her so she's ALL MINE! I haven't settled on a name yet. Usually the name comes to me but after about 3 weeks - no name yet. Fanny has been kinda "sticking" Whaddyall think?

Aw, she is a cutie and I agree with Breezy, she does look part chi. I love the name Fanny too, btw.

Adorable! She definately looks part chi and maybe pug (just the tail) to me. I don't really see any JRT in her.

She is cute though, good for you for taking her in.

That little gir is either 100% chi or close to it. They do have Jazzy personalities like the JR. She is adorable and congrats on getting her.

She is a definite cutiepie! I also say she is chi - I don't see JRT either. Fanny is a cute name for her.

I agree, she definately looks like a Chihuahua mix, not JRT. She's gorgeous though, whatever she is.

Oh and I have to say I don't like the name Fanny (it makes me cringe quite honestly) as it is what we Australians (and english) use as slang for a certain part of the female anatomy.

Maybe if you like the sound of it...Franny might be better? LOL *shrugs* 'Tis up to you of course.

Cass.

P.S...yes I know Americans use it as slang for 'butt'.

I think she could be Chihuahua (definately) mixed with Toy Terrier.
She's gorgeous!

I agree with Swiftwind. She looks like a TFTXChi mix. Here's a picture of a Toy Fox Terrier:

Yeah, sorry I left out the 'fox' part. I meant to say Toy Fox Terrier.

Deffinatly Chihuahua. I don't see any JR in her. She might have something else in her but I think she must be pretty close to Pure Chihuahua. She is so cute!

She is definately a Chihuahua, probably purebred too. Chihuahuas have Terrier-like qualities and quite a few Chihuahuas act just like a JC. I have done so much resaerch on Chihuahuas and even have 3 of my own right now (soon to be 4), and she is definately a Chi Baby.
