Those are some great looking guys. I fostered several Iguana when I was younger

Just a side note. If you are using Photobucket you can use the resize function on the website to shrink the photos

Gorgeous lizards. There use to be a bearded dragon that lived around my house, it would sun bath right next to (and sometimes on) the path that my sister and I took to walk to the bus stop for school. They're beautiful creatures.

Cass.

Pity collecting wild ones is illegal here. We have them as pets though so there are plenty of ones being bred in captivity. I'm not sure if the ban on exporting our native wildlife carries over to captive bred reptiles which were bred as pets...but you could try contacting some breeders down here.

Cass.

Oh...they're beautiful! Did you put the red marks on the eggs, so you could be sure of what was the top? I've heard they get spinal damage if the eggs are rolled....Thanks for sharing!!!

i am pretty sure that even if i did contact a breeder in australia that i would have a hell of a time getting a dragon shipped over. though it is definately something to look in to!!
the red lines are on the eggs the way they were laid. reptile eggs cannot be turned, otherwise the embryo will die. sometimes the eggs turn slightly, so i can turn them back to the red line if i have to.
