Unhappy Gooey eyes, and bloody nose!!! Urgent care needed??

Actually I came home at 7 pm to hear lound meows on my porch, I was wondering which cat that came from because none of my cats sounds like that, and out came a little 6 week old grey and white long-haired kitten! I picked him up to find diarhea all over him, a bloody nose, and gooey eyes that wont open.

I am worried about this little guy, I gave him a bath, and his eyes open now, but what should I put on them to keep them from getting all gooey again, and what should I do about his bloody nose? I cant take him to the vet just for the gooey eyes, but what about the bloody nose, I can wipe it away very easily with one light stroke, but is it serious, or could it be? Does he need vet care? I have lots of pet of my own so I dont want to spend money on someone elses pet they felt like neglecting but, hey, if I gotta, I gotta!

It sounds like he is in serious need of veterinary care. The bloody nose along is a serious issue with an animal that small, add the runny stool on top of it and you run a serious risk of anemia and dehydration. Please get the little one in as soon as possible.

Also wash your hands and keep it seperated from your other animals incase it has something contagious.

I am not a cat expert, but from what I know from volunteering at a shelter he needs to see the vet ASAP. A kitten at that age can go from perfectly healthy to dead in a day or two. If the kitten is dehydrated then I would be concerned, and if the kitten has diarrhea then it is most likely dehydrated. Hope everything works out, and that you make a new friend.

Take him to the shelter so they can get him the treatment he needs.

Definitely take him to the vet and keep him, or find him a good home, but don't look for the owners if they took such care of him. I hope he's ok. Poor baby
