A funny story about Maggie
What can I say ? I think I have the smartest baby in the whole wide world. As we have been potty training Maggie we have attempted not to let her see us clean up any accidents she may have had in the house but have not always suceeded. Yesterday we turn around to find Maggie dragging the Windex bottle across the floor toward her crate. You see she had left a puddle in the crate and I believe was trying to clean it up herself. She had seen Daddy cleaning up her puddles with the same type cleaner bottle. I am not sure how she got the Windex but now we will have to double check to make sure she can't reach any others. I thought this was so funny! and very smart of her.

Well, you could turn this into a trick. You should have rewarded her and then you could get a spray bottle with just a little water in it so it's not too heavy and see if she'll drag it. Then click/treat....or praise treat. Then you can get her to move it further, holding back on the reward till she goes just a step further and so on. Then you can see if she'll get a rag to take to the spot where she drags the bottle. LOL. She sounds too smart to pass up teaching some fun tricks. Very cute story.

lol...I momentarily forgot you were talking about a pup! I was thinking of a human baby carrying a Windex bottle to her crate and I was like WHAT the heck??!!!
I guess working 70+ hours a week and living on caffeine does weird things to ya! lol |
