When do puppies stop chewing

I want to know when to puppies usually stop chewing on everything? I want to be able to allow my dog to roam around the house, but right now he will chew on everything that is on his way.

Usually they settle after all the teeth have fallen out and adult ones grown in (around 6-8 months i think) but of course its best if you train them what's acceptable and what's not acceptable to chew on. You can accomplish this by every time the puppy starts chewing something unacceptable you say "Hey!!!" really loud and stomp your foot and clap your hands once to get the pup's attention. Then you call the puppy over and grab a chew toy and encourage the puppy to chew it and praise when it does.

Yes, I agree with that 100%. My 6 month old Yorkie is cutting teeth and I'm training her many times a day.
