Talking Food?!!!! Food?!!!!...........Food?!!!!!

We have an older male dalmatian. He's 16 and a half. Everything he thinks about is food. He has arthritis. It's to the point where he only eats canned food but we know he can eat the other stuff. After he's done he comes into the living room and RUBBS!!!his snout on his doggy sofa. But when were out of the kitchen he eats the dry food. Very sneaky!! The little dogs run to the dishes like hungry fish when they're done. Remington has to make sure that everything that we are carrying isn't food. After the little dogs are let in, he wants the hard treat bones. Very Funny

What kind of food are you feeding? Sometimes the quality of food can make a dog hungry because they aren't getting the proper nutrition.

lol@ him rubbing his nose. Ike will do that when he eats a yummy dinner (when we mix chicken broth or chicken with their kibble), but he'll try to do it on your legs too.

Talking His Dog Food

The only soft food he will eat is PEDIGREE, and we give all our dogs Maintenance Eukanuba "It's the small bite "kibble" down on the floor so any of our dogs can access it. We have tried many a expensive soft food on him but he only eats PEDIGREE. FFFOOOODDDD!!!!!!!

Dog Rubbing nose and food

Hi-

One of the reasons that dogs will rub their nose could be a dog food allergy.

You can get more information on this at:

Hope this helps and good luck-
