Your Labby's favorite toy?

Hey guys I'm going to the humane society to pick up my 7 month old chocolate lab mix(he looks all Lab except for a white spot on his belly) male puppy(Harley) on Friday.

Any advice on toys for him, I have lots of water walking distance from the yard but it's only like 5(F) degrees right now so I have to find the best way to entertain him until spring comes.

OH and any links to Lab specific web sites would be greatly appreciated.

Here's his picture, I know it's not very good but I'll have updated pics after this weekend.

Any idea what he's mixed with?

::Mod Edit - picture deleted refer to forthcoming PM::

We like the pretty hard rubber bones/shaped toys that you can hide a few treats inside...keeps the dog active and entertained as they try to get thier treat! Plus, they do not chew up/damage the rubber toy. They really last a long time.

We LOVE and so do the dogs, the Everlasting treat ball. We do not use the treats that they sell for it we stuff it with treats on our own.

my lab mixes love different things. Bobbie loves anything round,ball-shaped. She walks around with a ball or bone in her mouth most of the day.

Ripley likes something to chew on, but she's a puppy

Nylabones, those large cubes or other treat dispenser toys that take thought and work to empty(I can put an entire meal in there and they have to work for it), those soft tug toys made of fabric are just a few. I also have a few hollow bones that I stuff with peanut butter, but with both being major chewers, I've found they chew hard enough to chip pieces off.

I didn't get to see a pic? It was taken off. Until I can see a pic I couldn't tell you what he looks like but Labs tend to love hard rubber toys. Like Kong or Pup Treads, they last longer. Ropes are good. There is also one yellow, hard rubber ball with a bell in it. It's lasted my guys almost 2 years!!!
