Welcome Graphics?

I've seen it on other forums where a few people who are good with graphics make welcome graphics. They basically take a picture of your dog and write something along the lines of "GreyhoundGirl and Jenny welcome you to Global Paw!" It's a good way for everyone to get their welcome in and introduce themselves and their dog, also newcomers get to see all our beautiful dogs.

Do you think it'd be a good idea to do a similar thing here?

I've made a one that's on GP, but it doesn't say "Paws and Beau Welcome You" .. It's just a simple one... I plan to make more, but I want to get a picture of all the dogs.. I have got to have the right pictures, or it doesn't happen. I'll get the one I have the computer on here and show ya. The simple one is in the gallery.

I don't have a problem with this. If anyone wants to post a picture of their dogs to welcome new members go right ahead. I am sure we have members who would be happy to help make those graphics as well if you don't have the ability to.

This can be the official "I need a welcome graphic" thread then, so the board doesn't get cluttered up with people asking for one.

I'll try and get the ball rolling... Would someone mind making me a welcome graphic? Just saying "Welcome to Global Paw from GreyhoundGirl and Jenny!" Any colour background.

ooh welcome graphics are fun!

I will make a welcome graphic for people.. but I think that if alot of people have requests then I will need help to finish them all!lol I can make some now though

I'd be more then happy to make a "welcome" graphic for anyone. Supply the picture(s) and what you want it to say, the color(s), font, size, etc and consider it done. However, I can only do 1 or 2 per day if they are regular. 1 per day if it's got any moving pics, text, etc.

ETA - Grayhoundgirl since I'm off today, and I had a few minutes free, I did this with the pic of Jenny.
Just a simple one- I can do 2 of these in under 1hour. Any other graphics and it would take about 10mins longer each.

Just right click to save.

Okay Cass, I'll stop bumping in this thread and start a thread for welcome icons in 'The Global Paw'.
