Makes me think of "River Run", played on an old commodore computer back in oh gosh.. very early 80s? I loved that game, I spent hours playing it when it was cold and bitter and there was nothing better to do.

Sounds great! I remember the commador 64. Geez it seems so prehistoric now! Remember how you would connect it up to a TV? Ours was black and white but I could spend hours playing Pong. Then on Atari it was Donkey Kong or Pac Man! LOL Those were the days!

Sound GREAT Quincy!!!

Hey, may be you could set up 2 sections: modern games and retro games! I'm sure that would appeal to both the young uns as well as the ... ehem, slightly more 'matured' folks here.

Or even sub it into different manufacturers! HEHEHE! Just kidding.

Pac Man, brings back memories of waking up at 5am before school to try and beat my grandpa to the atari to get in as many games as I could before I was off to 1st grade. Needless to say he had ALL the high scores and I didn't get too play much after he got the controller.

Exclamation Arcade

Personally I would not use it. I like games however I'm already a member of two other forums who have arcades. I can tell you Quincy that an Arcade is a great way to keep your current members here longer and bring new members in. I have saw on the other forums where we had members who did not post. Rather they would just lurk for a little while and leave. Now that we have the arcade set up they want to be included, which requires they post to be able to play. Of course the admin did not set it so that they have to make several posts. Just one to make them a full member. Which the introduction does for them. My point is, it brings in more members, and makes the lurkers purk up a bit.
